-Diagnostic Fee: We generally offer free estimates to our customers. However, in some circumstances we will have to charge a small diagnostic fee only for advanced computer issues (like when we have to take it apart, and work on it in order to identify the problem). This fee will be credited towards the total cost of repairs if you proceed with the recommended services.

-Service Estimates: Before commencing any repair work, we will provide you with a detailed estimate that outlines the scope of work, parts needed, and associated costs. We believe in transparent pricing and will always seek your approval before proceeding.

-Repair Turnaround Time: We understand the importance of swift repairs. Our technicians work diligently to ensure your computer is repaired promptly. However, the turnaround time may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and availability of parts.

-Customer Consent: We require your explicit consent before performing any additional repairs or purchasing any necessary parts beyond the initial estimate.

-Data Privacy: Your data and personal information are treated with the utmost confidentiality. We will take necessary precautions to safeguard your privacy. However, we strongly recommend backing up your important data before bringing your computer for repairs. More information on this is available under Privacy Policy.

-Warranty: We stand behind our workmanship and offer a warranty on all repairs. The warranty period may vary depending on the type of repair and the components used. Please inquire about specific warranty details for your repair.

-Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other agreed-upon payment methods.

– Payment Terms:
The total bill, including parts and labor, must be paid in full within 15 days of work completion. If payment is not received within this timeframe, a $25 per week storage/late fee will be applied to the outstanding balance.

– Unclaimed Computers:
Computers that are not picked up within 90 days from the completion of work will be considered abandoned and will become the property of Certified Laptop Repair. No refunds will be issued, and the ownership of the device will transfer to the company.

– Unserviced Computers:
Computers that have not been serviced, but are left for any reason, must be claimed within 15 working days of notification. After this period, a $25 per week storage fee will be charged. If the device remains unclaimed for more than 90 days, it will be considered abandoned and will become the property of Certified Laptop Repair.

– Customer Review Policy:
We highly value feedback from our customers and encourage you to share your experiences on social media. However, we ask that all reviews remain honest, respectful, and constructive. Any reviews containing defamatory, harmful, or misleading content will not be tolerated and may be subject to reporting. We believe in fostering a positive and transparent environment for all, and we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the integrity of our platform.
